Toyoda Gosei original brand [Re-S]
From 2018, as part of our in-house “mottainai” activities, we started making products using waste generated in our in-house production process.After that, we started selling products that utilize offcuts of airbag fabric and leather offcuts for steering wheels and interiors.
We named it [Re-S] from our desire to contribute to improving sustainability by combining multiple “Re-” activities such as Re-Born, Re-Use, and Re-Cycle.
Uses durable "airbag fabric" offcuts
A tote bag made from scraps of airbag fabric.It is a very durable bag because it is originally used to protect people's lives.
In addition, the silicon coating on the surface of the fabric provides high waterproof and stain resistance, making it a product unique to an automobile parts manufacturer.
Uses "genuine leather" offcuts for auto parts
We use scrap materials that are discarded after being used for automobile parts and leather materials that are discarded before they become automobile parts because they do not meet the specifications.The pen cases and pen stands are made from high-grade leather that is durable and flexible, and are comfortable to the touch and easy to use.
