Activities to deliver educational puzzles to children in child welfare facilities

Since 2016, we have been collaborating with the NPO Morino Lifestyle Research Institute to carry out activities to deliver wooden toys to children.
This activity involves making building blocks, educational puzzles, and hiragana/katakana stamps using wood from domestic thinnings, and delivering them to children. During our activities, we strive to provide a wide range of social contribution activities by communicating with employees the current situation surrounding thinned wood, which also connects to environmental education.
In fiscal 2022, 96 employees from our company and group companies participated and completed three boxes of educational puzzles.
The completed educational puzzles are donated to local child welfare facilities, contributing to the local community.
