Toyota Tsusho Group common value standards

Global Code of Conduct & Ethics (COCE) was established in July 2016 as a more concrete version of Behavioral Guidelines that support the Toyota Tsusho Group's Corporate Philosophy, and was created through discussions with colleagues from overseas group companies. .
Seven years after its establishment, the COCE has become an important basis for daily behavior as a code of conduct and ethics shared by Toyota Tsusho Group members around the world.
We will continue to work to foster a better organizational culture in which COCE is firmly rooted, through COCE pledge activities and training that we undertake globally every year.

Thoughts behind the COCE logo

The COCE logo embodies our wish, ``Just as the bright, shining sun is the source of energy for life, COCE will be the source of energy for the Toyota Tsusho Group.''
In addition, the slogan "COCE, for the Future" refers to the Toyota Tsusho Group's philosophy of "aiming to be a Toyota Tsusho Group that earns the trust and sympathy of society through open and fair corporate activities, and grows sustainably together with society toward the future." It embodies a strong commitment to Fundamental Philosophy.
