2023年4月、豊田通商、東急不動産と東北電力の3社で仙台空港お客様駐車場で、ソーラーカーポート型太陽光発電事業を開始。空港脱炭素化推進事業費補助金」を活用し、国と連携した事業で空港として東北地方“最大級”(1.8MW)の再エネ導入モデル空港となる。
23年実績で使用電力量の約27%分を供給。また、青空駐車場にソーラーカーポートを設置（※国内空港における初の取組・事業開始）し、
顧客利便性の向上も目指します。

For more than 20 years since 1999, we have been involved in terminal operation through public-private partnerships with JALUX Co., Ltd., Toyota Tsusho, and the Lao government.This project was the first airport terminal operation privatization project undertaken by a Japanese company overseas.
